- Contact & identity: your name, email address and phone number when you request the Quick-Start Guide or submit an application.
- Application data: the health, lifestyle and habit answers you provide in the 4-Pillar application.
- Payment information: billing address and payment status, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data: anonymous visit counts and device type (mobile or desktop) to help us understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the 4-Pillar Quick-Start Guide and send you related emails.
- To review your application and confirm the programme is a good fit.
- To process payments and give you access to your cohort.
Who we share it with
- MailerLite — email delivery. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Stripe — secure, PCI-compliant payment processing.
- Lovable Cloud — secure, encrypted data storage.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
